Tap any BOOK button on a stylist's profile. Pick your service, date, and time. Pay a 50% deposit to lock the slot in. You'll get a confirmation text immediately and reminders 24 hours + 2 hours before your appointment.
Stylists block real time on their calendar for each booking. The 50% deposit protects them from no-shows and lets them keep their lights on. You pay the remainder at the appointment.
Yes. Cancel from My Account → Upcoming Bookings. Cancellations 24+ hours before your appointment get the deposit refunded automatically. Inside 24 hours, the deposit stays with the stylist (you can rebook a new slot at full price).
Add a tip at checkout (15%, 20%, 25%, or custom). 100% of your tip goes directly to the stylist — Loc'd In takes nothing from tips.

Use both during your transition. Most founding pros run parallel for the first 2 months, then close the old account once the new bookings catch up. We'll help you import your service menu and client list.
